WEDDING IN CAPRI

Finally, the much-anticipated day arrived — The Wedding Day.

The couple began their preparations in separate rooms at the luxurious Capri Palace hotel in Anacapri. Once ready, they shared an emotional “first look” outside the hotel’s entrance, a truly heartwarming moment. The groom eagerly awaited his bride at the beautifully decorated rooftop ceremony location, adorned with arches and bougainvillea. Though the heat was palpable, guests eagerly awaited the bride’s arrival. The entrance of the bride marked the beginning of a symbolic ceremony filled with laughter, tears, and heartfelt promises written in Italian, resulting in some amusing linguistic mishaps.

Following the ceremony, the couple hopped into a classic red Capri taxi to capture sunset photos at the Capri lighthouse. The scene was reminiscent of a movie, perfectly setting the stage for our wedding video.

As the sun descended below the horizon, the couple made their way to Il Riccio in Anacapri, an exquisite and luxurious reception venue popular with both Italian and international couples. After a cocktail hour, the couple changed into their evening attire and prepared for a memorable dinner. The tables, adorned with candles and vibrant bougainvillea, were a sight to behold. The sun’s fiery descent mirrored the spectacle of a natural wonder. Amidst a backdrop of 1960s Italian music, heartfelt speeches from family members and surprises from friends made the evening even more magical.

The celebration continued with an impromptu cooking show for the wedding cake, engaging both the couple and the guests. And, of course, no one held back when it came time for the final dance, as the night sparkled with music, strobe lights, and boundless joy.
